Hello guys, I had filed for my husbands spousal sponsorship but during the interview i let the interviewer know of some concerns i had that he was just using me and she told me to withdraw the file so i did. My husband got his work permit theough the spousal sponsorship and he left me right after citing that he does not need me since he got his work permit now. It is an open work permit valid till next year july 2019. I called cic to get that cancelled but they said that he will not get his PR through me but he is capable of getting his PR through work. it came to my knowledge that he used my SIN to work when he was not legally entitled to, and the police are investigating that. His work permit got rejected twice before he got it through the spousal sponsorship which I got to know after. Is there any way to have his work permit revoked?

If Police are investigating why worry too much, You withdrew all. So relax and rest leave it on his own luck . Forget or Forgive? Nothing much you can do now unless Police decides to charge him.

Thank u...i have 4 witnessess along with their statements that sa he has worked when he was not legaly entitled to work. Do you think they will use that? And most likely what will happen in this case?
I know a girl found working w/o permit (student) by CBSA she was deported , rest depends how is the case

It's impossible for any of us to say if CBSA will take action. They may - or they may not and allow him to remain in Canada and continue working on his work permit.
