I'm from may 2021 intake and my next intake is sept2021 . So if I get this IBM logistics program in sept intake
After updating ircc through webform ,will they tell me to reapply my study permit?

That may or may not happen. As wonderbly said they may ask you to reapply for a new study permit since you have been deferring for long. Regardless you need to update them with the new loa. Hope that they will allow you to have the current study permit.
