withdraw trv application and new portal link required

My husband applied for trv on 16th august 2021.

No news to date. it only shows under process.

we want to withdraw the application and re-apply using the new portal.

please advise how to withdraw and what reason to give? should we mention that we want to use the new portal.

can anyone share the new portal link?
