Call the mifi, ask them for how to withraw it with a letter ( a real letter).
Usually, you need to write a letter for the reason of the withraw, and identify yourself like signature, passport, try to clarify everything in detail.
The agent will give you a address, you could go there directly or send the letter in delivery.
