Hi. February 2024 voluntary i withdrawal my protected status, return back my passport and return to my country. I applied PR application june 2023. 10 September 2024 ircc send me email with biometric instruction letter to submit my biometric outside canada or inside canada from vac before 10 October2024 for PR application process. I am really confused. Should i give biometric?
