Withdraw PR application and apply NEW! Pls help.

I have received my Nova Scotia nomination based on Paper Based PR application. The nomination is valid till OCT 30, 2016. I have all the documents ready to apply for the PR.

I am also awaiting my Ontario Express Entry based nomination in the next 1 or 2 months.

My plan is to apply for the NS paper based stream as a PLAN B and when Ontario nomination comes thru, i plan to send a letter of withdrawal to CIC to cancel my NS application and go ahead with the faster Express entry Ontario application.IS THIS POSSIBLE? Are there any other ways to go about this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, they accepted. I got my PPR last week thru Ontario nomination based outland express entry process cancelling the NS nomination in parallel.
