Withdraw my OINP application, refund fees?

Hi all,

If I withdraw my OINP application, how they will refund me?

I sent Canadian postal order under my name and I am not currently living there. So, if they send me back the postal order i cannot cash them outside the Canada, So I want to decide to refund it or not. Anyone knows how Ontario will refund the money? Do they send me back the same postal orders?

If you haven't received AOR then you will receive your application package as you sent them with the original way you sent the money.
