withdraw money after issuing the bank statement

I want to submit my father's bank statement, he has two accounts the first is which his salary is put on and the second is which he put all his money on.
The problem is that he made a bank statement for the first account and then he transferred the money to the second account so if the embassy checked the bank account they'd see a difference in the balance.
Should I only submit the second account balance to guarantee that if the embassy checked the account it'd be right even that no transactions on it, or submit the two accounts and explain that in the current time no balance on the first account because it was moved to the second account?
