For personal reason, I would like to withdraw my PR application. What's the process of withdrawing the application? Please suggest.

What amount I am supposed to get refund and what's the process of getting the refund?

Hi, simply write to the Visa Office handling your application that you no longer wish to pursue your PR visa application and want to withdraw the application. They will reply eventually with further communication for your attention. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=108&top=6

Note however that since your FSW application has long received PER and undergone some detailed processing, you may not be getting any fee refund.
