Withdraw from provincial nominee PR

Hi,

I just got an Express Entry ITA and already have an application for SINP (International skilled worker) provincial nominee pr application in process from which I want to withdraw from. Should I withdraw before I submit my e-APR ?

May be the SINP because with the EE ITA you can live anywhere. Weigh your risk?

If it was transferable, wouldnt mind ???
