Withdraw application

Hello,

me and my wife applied for sponsorship, she is Canadian, and i work here , my temporary worker visa expired and i am waiting for the open work permit which is coming soon after launching the pilot program, i want to withdraw the application as there are problems and i don's feel it will work out, so is it possible to withdraw the application under this category and apply for permanent residence under Canadian experience class? and if i withdraw the application, will this affect the coming open work permit ?

You would no longer qualify for the OWP, because it is issued in connection with an Inland spousal sponsorship application.

so can i apply for canadian experience class? i think i have to leave and apply from my country ? i read before that as long as i have 1 year of full time job i can apply for canadian experience class with in 3 years ?

You can no longer apply for CEC directly. As of January 1st, you must apply through Express Entry first. I would recommend you join the Express Entry section of the forum to understand what this means and next steps for you.
