Isn't it too late already considering COPR has been issued? Either way, if you are able to withdraw sponsorship they will not be able to land. Your co-sponsor status wasn't just for the paperwork. You made a commitment to that person.scylla said:I'm not sure I understand your follow up question.
If you withdraw your sponsorship at any time before the family becomes permanent residents, they will not be allowed to become permanent residents (it doesn't matter if they are outside of Canada or inside of Canada when this happes).
After they become permanent residence, you cannot withdraw your sponsorship.
If you want the family to become permanent residents then you cannot withdraw your sponsorship. It's as simple as that.
Robert098 said:How about if withdraw request is already submitted and in process and in meanwhile sponsored family land in Canada, would they be allowed to enter?
Robert098 said:Since the withdraw request from a cosigner is in process(decision pending ) and same time i land in Canada ( while withdraw request is in process and decision not made yet) Would i be given PR status or results in refusal. What would you suggest me
Please advise .

I am not in Canada yet n i have got COPR /PR visa on the base of family sponsorship.
My son has sponsored me along with his wife as a co-singer. Now both husband n wife are not having good relation so my son's wife has submit her request to withdraw and the withdraw request is in process (keeping in mind i have already been issued PR visa but have not landed yet)Now i m planning to land in Canada would there be any issues? I.e. Refusal to land as PR ? I hope i am able to clarify my question

scylla said:It doesn't matter that you already have your PR visas. If one of the co-signers has in fact officially withdrawn support, then your visas are no longer valid and you won't be allowed to land and become permanent residents.
