Withdraw a CSQ

Hello,

I received my CSQ about 2 months ago and I have decided to apply through Express Entry as I am willing to move outside of Quebec.
Some people and lawyers told me that I am required to withdraw the CSQ in order to show my intention properly in parallel with all the other actions such as signing a lease, finding a job... outside of Quebec.
My question is that how can I withdraw my CSQ?
