With BOWP, can you work for two companies simultaneously

I am in a situation where I might have to work for two employers simultaneously.
Before I commit to both of them, can any one advise if it's legally allowed to do so?

1. With valid BOWP you can work for as many companies as you wish and for as much time as you wish.
