Hi,
I received ITA last week and in the process of preparing documentations. I am under CEC stream and having PGWP for now. In one of the questions of the PR application it asks if I have been denial entry to any country before, I said yes as I did one flag-pole to obtain my PGWP in 2016 and forgot my passport at home and accidentally crossed border back in 2012 (I also did not have US visa at that time, I was finger printed at that time at US border and being directed back to Canada, but that did not affected me to obtain an US visa in 2013 at all) (Side question, does this count as a flag-pole?).
However, I couldn't remember if I answered the same way in my work visa application back in 2016 as they have the identical question on the application form. I just want to be super cautious when it comes to PR application and not lefting out any detail.
My question is if the VO who is going to review my application will see if I gave the same answer in my previous application or he will just treat this as a new application and review whatever I provided there? Also, I have seen some argument of whether flag-pole is a denial entry or not. I would be really nice to know if I should/need to say yes or no once for all.
Many thanks in advance!
