When you mean the actions done during last 2 weeks, then certainly no. You cannot just decide to make EE profile without needed supporting documents (ECA, IELTS, TEF). And that cannot be done within 2 weeks.

If the results of USA elections if effecting EE? Then the answer is yes. But the influence is most likely less than marginal (most of the hot headed cooled down pretty fast after seeing the immigration requirements). In some cases that election might have been the "last drop" that pushed them to after EE. And somewhere by now, they shall have the documents ready. But than again they would file for immigration anyway.

If it will influence in the future, that is yet to be seen depending on the real long term effects of the new policies in USA.

Last week I saw a video on YouTube where an American basically cried for 45 minutes about her EE application being refused. After listening to everything she said, it seemed as though it was refused because she used a poor quality immigration agent and both the agent and her make a complete balls up out of her application.

It is no secret that most Americans never bother to hold a passport and have very little understanding of the outside world or what would be needed to move to another country. There could be an impact from some professionals who were going to relocate to the US but for some reason no longer can however I very much doubt you will see a mass-exodus of US citizens across the northern border.

Not in next draw, but some impact might be there in upcoming draws as many students who did their masters in US and do not go through H1b lottery. Still they need 3 years of experience (difficult as most would be fresh from college or one / two years on OPT) and CLB9 IELTS to even make a considerable impact.
