Will this person accompany "name" to Canada?

Hello all,


In express entry profile, there is this question:

Will your spouse accompany you to Canada?

Should I answer by YES or NO if my spouse in Canadian citizen and we already live here in Canada.

If your spouse is Canadian Citizen, you should answer as NO.
Indicate in your file that your spouse is Canadian Citizen.

The issue is that now, the system is not allowing me to change it. Although I can change any other information in all sections.

Any one can help with that?
