my job title at my employer is mobile/communication engineer which is electronics and communication engineering field, will they understand communication engineer terms or should i write it as electrical engineer as occupation title in application which falls under 2133

Title really doesn't matter. CIC will check your actual job duties and as long as those match with the NOC you are applying under, you will be fine.
