Will there be a ITA if submit EE on the day of draw?

hey everybody, need some help - I just submitted the application at night on 9/5, and update some info at mid-night which is like 1am of 9/6. The Draw just came out today of Score 435 (9/6), and my score has passed.

But I am wondering I submitted my application really close to the same day, will I receive a ITA?

After you update, you gotta estimate 24 hours, so probably not. (First time you submitted you had to wait 24 hours to get your CRS score so assuming same situation)
