Will the visitor visa be withdrawed if work permit is rejected

I have a visitor visa for multiple entires within eight years to canada. My boyfriend is holding a work permit here. If I try to apply an open work permit depending on his, will my visitor visa still be valid if my work permit application is rejected?

1. Apples and Oranges. Your TRV would remain valid, if the OWP is refused.
2. If it is Boyfriend/Girlfriend you aren't eligible for a TRV, you have to be either married or in a C/law relationship for 1 year to be eligible as well his job must be NOC A, B, or O.

We apply to the common law policy since we are a couple living together more than one year.

I will check which type of work he is doing

Btw, do u think I should apply for the work permit inside canada or outside?
