will the IRCC hold on to my credentials evaluation from WES if I am not in the pool yet?

I want to go ahead and request my credentials evaluation from WES. I saw that they send it directly to IRCC. I am currently not in the pool and I won't be for may be another 3 months. should I request it now or should I wait?
