Will student visa and SOWP be applied and granted at the same time?

Hi Members/friends,

Here is my scenario: I need to apply student visa and SOWP for my husband.
1. Can we apply together and be granted at the same time?(can you suggest average timeline based on your experience)
2. We lived in different countries for more than 6 months in each,Do we need police clearance certificates from these countries?
3. From what i understand these are the required documents:
a. passport copy of both
b. admission acceptance letter and SOP
c. marriage certificate( photos,wedding card,etc)
d. financial documents supporting our stay( what would be the rough amount that is expected to be shown)
Do let me know if there are any more documents to be submitted.

Any guidance on this process would be really of great help.

Hi Guyz please help out..I apllied for study visa last yearfor winter intake but got refused ,reasons re family ties and financial status, applied again after 2weeks for spring section after deffering my admission, this tine around added more documents and wrote a justification letter stating the two concerns ,but i got refused agaib yesterday ,with only one reason which is fiancial status and personsk assests ...what should i do again, as my uncle is my sponsor
