Will PR application be refused by driving without insurance record?

I applied PR one year ago, just got finalization from CIC ask me send my passport, but CIC send me email asked me provide my bankstatement and Ontario driving record. Actually the record shows 3 offence which are disobey legal sign, operate motor vehicle no insurance and fail to obey lane lights. is there anyone can give me some suggestion? Does driving without insurance constitute a criminal? is that will refuse my PR application. Thank you so much.

None of these conviction should effect the PR process. Not even DUI is taken as criminal misdemeanor.

DUI or over .08 really is taken seriously in Canada, it usually results in a refusal unless 5 years have passed and then you have to apply for rehabilitation.
