Will PEBC and WES accept 2 month old transcripts???

Dear All,

I am not sure whether I would take ECA from WES or PEBC for my B.Pharm and PharmD[PB] degrees. But as I am in my home town I was thinking to get the transcripts that I would apply after 2months.
I wanted to ask the experienced people here whether both PEBC and WES will accept 2Month old Transcipts ?
