Will overstay in America affects on my student visa request in CANADA?
6 years from now, I use to live in America and applied for student visa over there.
Later I got a denial because of late submissions of the documents.
And now I applied for student visa for Canada and its been 6 weeks already but the visa application is still under process. Also, I went to some counselors and they said that the visa application is processed in America (Los Angles and New York).
So, I would like to know whether my overstay in America is the cause of this wait/Process time?
