Will OINP process my application after I receive ITA? Can I send OINP application after receiving ITA? Will they accept it?

If OINP sent you a nomination simultaneously with CIC sending you an ITA and you have only one active profile (which should be the case as you are not allowed to have more than 1 active profile), your pre ITA profile is already locked so there is no point in sending OINP an application because you will be able to accept their nomination ONLY if you decline the ITA to re-activate your profile.

Given that applicants need a PN only to get an ITA, it makes no sense to decline an ITA to accept a provincial invitation.
