Will NOC 2171 eligible for designation Senior Software Engineer

Dear All,

I was working as Senior Software Engineer in my previous company but I was playing all roles and responsibilities mentioned under NOC 2171 (Information systems analysts and consultants). Company has provided me employment reference letter with roles and responsibilities of NOC 2171.
While creating Express Entry profile I have given designation as Senior Software Engineer and NOC as 2171.
Will there be any issue because of this ? since Canada occupation documentation classifies Software Engineer role under NOC 2173.

NOC follows your duties and responsibilities not your job designation. So if you think 2171 is a better fit, use that.
