I submitted my application to sponsor my common-law partner in January, 2014 (she is Swedish), when the processing time for the London office was 11 months (I think London received it in April, 2014). As of last month, the processing time jumped up to 29 months (because they received a bunch of applications from the Islamabad office). Does anyone know if this is likely to delay my application? At the end of January 2015 (just before the change in processing time), London emailed my partner and asked her to pay the RPRF payment and to submit an updated police certificate. They have not asked for an updated medical examination yet (we sent it with the application and at this point it is over 12 months old)...
