Both of my companies back home refused to give work exp letter with duties. I just got a standard mail from the companies saying it is against their policy. I cannot afford to lose any more points by removing them.
My companies are multinational and my job title falls clearly under Teer 2. I can prove that I worked in those companies and not faking anything with other documents, but still, it is a mandatory document. I cannot give definite proof for my NOC without that document. I have other documents like an offer/relieving letter, pay stubs, IT returns, team pics, ID card, and refusal mail from HR stating the above. It is all on my LinkedIn page and my colleagues will provide emails (but most of my team already moved on to other companies).
Has anyone worked their way around this with other documents recently?
