will maternity leave affect immigration experience

Hi,

My wife going to give birth next month (Aug 2015) and unfortunately she need to work till Sep to get 1 year experience in canada but she planning to take maternity leave from Aug and her payroll will exist in the same company and she will join back after 6-8 months in the same company with same role but she won't get paid from employment during her maternity leave. Will this maternity leave affect her immigration experience?

can anyone of held with same situation? or guide us if you have any idea for this situation?

What date did she start the job she is in now and does she have any other work experience that falls under NOC 0, A or B?
