will it cause problem if i delete my old application before sumbitted it?

Hi everybody:
Due to error of MyCic ,I cannot upload my related application files and as somebody mentioned in some topics "Just finish new questioneer and delete the old application",I deleted the old application twice. Now I just begin to panic about it.Will it cause anything bad for my application?
I think it is no harmful because i haven't submitted any files and paid for it..But I am not very sure.
Any replies will be highly appericated!Thanks in advance.

It is totally okay...you can delete it and start a new one as many times as you want. Unless it is submitted, CIC don't care what you do with it.

it would just get deleted if you dont submit it in 60 days thats all ;D
