Hello ! I am an Indian citizen and I have applied for my student visa for Canada and I have also applied for U.S.A citizenship with my uncle being the sponsor ( U.S Citizen petitioner ). So will this affect my study visa application to Canada or if and when I apply for my permanent residency for Canada???
Will it cause any complications in my application ???

No issues from Canada's perspective.
I don't think you've applied for US citizenship. I think you have applied for a green card. You can't apply for citizenship directly. You have to become a green card holder first and then live in the US for several years before you can qualify for citizenship.
