I have been working in Canada on a closed work permit since September 2023. In order to increase my Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for my Permanent Resident (PR) application, I am considering pursuing an online master's degree in India that is approved by the World Education Services (WES). I am wondering if the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) considers this degree when evaluating my PR application, given that I am currently on a closed work permit. I would greatly appreciate your valuable feedback, as it will help me make a decision about enrolling in the degree later this month.
