Will I still be on implied worker status, while waiting for visitor record to be approved after PGWP expires?

Hello everyone!

I currently have a cr score of 531 and waiting for EE draw. However, my PGWP expires on 30th June and I have already stopped working due to consensus with my employer.

If I apply for visitors record now the 27th of June, will I still be on implied workers status while waiting for a decision on my visitor record?

And if I get ITA before getting a decision on my visitor record, I can again apply for BOWP?

Please I need answers if anyone here got the right answers for me. Thank you

Yes if you applied for visitor status before your current work permit expires, you are on maintained status. However you cannot work that time . You can apply PR PR application with visitor status if you qualify and after getting AOR , you can get BOWP.
