My spouse who was supposed to finish his course in May 2023 is now finishing in September 2023. All our permits are upto ( sp + wp + kid visitor) September 30 2023. Now the university says, there is no need to extend the study permit because he will finish before the current permit expires and he can put an application for pgwp before sep 30.I don't know what I could do. I can't extend my wp now without him extending study permit beyond September right. But will I have enough time to apply for owp in September. He needs pgwp + 3 pay slips right. I can't get that before sep 30 ( To sum, he will finish in the mid of sep, then apply for pgwp before current permit expires. What can I do about my status) kindly advise @BA101 @Naturgrl
