Will I get Work Permit.

Hi All,

I have 3.2 years of experience in IT industry. I am trying to get work permit through company.
How are the chances of getting it. Will it be smooth or would there be any challenges?

AS long as the Company has a valid LMO, and you have the necessary experience for the position they have an LMO for you shouldnt have a problem.

Is it gonna be difficult without LMO?
I don't think so my employer has a LMO nor will apply for it.
Any advise pls?

It's impossible without an LMO. You must have an LMO to qualify to apply for a work permit.

You need to find an employer who is willing to apply for an LMO.

I think you should go to the CIC website and read on how to be a worker or get a work permit.
You CAN NOT get a work permit without the LMO it is the main part that you need to get the permit. The LMO is an approval from the government that the employer is allowed to hire foreign workers and that the jobs offer is valid. Good luck!
