Will i get points equal to 3 years I am 3 days short of it? This is my past work ex and I have ref

Guys please guide me I have 5 days less work ex to 3 years. Job left 31st march and job joined 6 th april have reference letter for both these roles and it is for same noc codes have roles and resp as well. But I am afraid it won't be considered as 3 years and won't get points for the same equal to that of 3 years. New employer has already refused to give roles and resp on mail. What should I do??cannot provide new employee ref letter

You will get points for 3 years. CRS calculates points month to month and not day to day.

If your employer has refused to provide you with a letter, you may ask any of superior to provide you with a letter that contains their contact info.

I have almost 3 years work ex(with 5 days less to 3 years as mentioned above )in one noc code for which I already have ref letter with roles so I thought of using the same as the next noc code under which I worked for 1.5 year is different and employer is also not willing to give ref letter with roles. So I thought I will claim points only for first noc and show the second job in personal history. Are you sure this will work out? As I did a lot of research many say later it is on us how we prove it to be full 3 years work ex and if we fail to do so it maybe considered as misrep

Hi Manidhatt, thank you for the link. Even getting it from a colleague is going to be difficult so i think one way is too try to get points for only the 3 years work ex (for which the issue is 5 days work ex is less than 3 years if this will work out for sure then I don't need to get ref letter from a colleague ,are you sure this 5 days less than 3 years will work out and fetch me points for 3 years is there anyone here who had a similar case??please help ) or else will somehow have to manage a ref letter from some colleague for 1.5 years work ex after 3 years(5days less) .one work ex is of 3 yrs and one is of 1.5 years

What is your CRS with 2 years of experience (If you are not alloted points for 3 years) ?

It is around 445 if only two years considered

I guess nowadays below 460 then it is difficult to get PR
