Hello!I am looking forward to study in Lasalle college. I went to the designated learning institutions site and searched for Lasalle college and found that if I study a DEC program, I will be eligible for PGWP. So if I study Fashion marketing DEC program of 3 year, will I Get a PGWP? Or it is only for STEM programs? Also, I already have a bachelor's degree, is it worth going for this 3 year program? I speak French fluently.

Thank you!

If you already have a bachelor's, your chances of getting a student permit for a DEC diploma is very low.
A DEC in Quebec's system is similar to a combination of high school + first year of university, so I would not recommend it for you.

So what should I study in Quebec? Are there any programs there that are equivalent to Master? Or I should just go to Ontario and do a PG program from colleges like GBC, Centennial or Seneca?

You should either do masters or PG cert/diploma in Quebec - or PG programs in Ontario.

Yes if you have a minimum of 1 year experience (12 months consecutive) you would be eligible for PR.
And you will need language test results that are less than 2 years old - if you have both English and French I'm certain your CRS score would be quite high.
