Will I get nomination in time?? :-( any thoughts?

Hello can someone kindly help with info, what is the processing times for ainp nomination, is it taking longer for some categories and shorter for others? My husband is a long haul truck driver , we put our application in beginning of Feb this year?? Please can someone give me an idea how things have changed?

Thanks so much..... :-( very worried, our lmia expires Feb 2017

Please tell me it's likely one gets nomination before this timescale :-(

No one can tell you how long it will take.
Some long haul driver get ainp within 7 months and others I know waited for 15 months.
There is no fixed time for it. It takes as long as it takes.
There is no rule about time frames nor do they have to process an application.
It is different from case to case / officer to officer

Ok thank you for replying Sandra much appreciated, friend of ours long haul trucker also got call from them asking about any vacations he's taken, he seems to think his decision is imminent...he put his app in on August 2015 and got call other week, wonder if that call means decision immininent, do hope so!

I remember applicants have to send a list with all travelling including trucking into the states.
He might have forgotten to send that.
Decision is about to being made when they contact his employer and / or him to verify employment is still with the same employer
