I have an open work permit and I've recently got a job offer from a company.
My job category usually require an LMIA but since I have already my open work permit, the company will not ask for one.
in the EE, Will I get points for the job offer anyway?

No, you will not get points for this offer.
It has to be one with LMIA to be awarded points in EE.
