Will i get any points for 3 years Diploma (India) STATE BOARDS of TECHNICAL EDUC

I have done Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and prior to that I had done Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

in sequence
10 years state board of education
3 years diploma (State Boards: Technical Education)
3 years Engineering (University) cic points - Level of education = 120

will i get any extra points for my 3 years diploma (State Boards: Technical Education) ?
please help, i want send all documents in this week to WES

If you can get ECA stating you have one diploma and one degree, YES you will get points.

no I can’t select “Two or more Degree/Diploma/Cert”
as per cic it can be only considered if diploma is after university education

100% you will get points for Diploma.

one open question is whether BE was done using lateral entry option ( because the user has said BE of 3 years , he might have joined from 2 year using his diploma) in that case WES evaluates as ONE Degree equivalent to 4 years bachelors..

Not TRUE a diploma can be anything after Post Secondary Education.. if u carefully read the CIC text.. it says any of the below ( meaning one year , two year post sec diploma) PLUS any of the Post bachelor Diploma..

It does not matter which one is first. If your ECA states you have two degree one is diploma (one or two year) and other is bachelors (three or more years) you will get points for both degrees.

I don't have any idea about D to D. At least they should try to send everything and see what will be their ECA. No matter what you did outside Canada its only ECA will determine your eligibility.
