I was a student of ICAS-B.S Engineering (Civil), an undergraduate degree program here at Manipal University ,India(2016-2018). Its a BS engineering program in which a student is suppose to do his first two years here in India and after that he can transfer his credits and get admission to any foreign university of his choice.
but i had got ONE backlog from second semester and unfortunately couldn't clear it .
Now i am looking for admission in Canadian university or college.
Moreover i have good Gpa in rest of three semesters
1st semester = 3.0 out of 4
2nd semester = was not awarded because of backlog
3rd semester = 3.48 out of 4
4th semester = 3.2 out of 4
and i have scored 7 bands in IELTS.
please suggest me any college or university which takes me as a transfer student for 3rd year in the starting of 2019...i dont think so university is possible but if any college takes ...i can transfer to university later.
