My case is bit complicated. First I am a Ontario Graduate certificate student. In first semester of winter 2017, I got 1 backlog and that backlog was pre-requisite for 2 of the courses in next semester. Now my batchmates decided to not to take a break and hence college decided to not to give an official break but to continue to second semester. Now thing is that my batch was the last batch of that program and they wanted to start a new similar program. But they also failed to offer me that 1 backlog course in second semester as it was unavailable during summer session. They told me that I can take other 3 and be full-time. But I decided to take a break and do that one subject during September 2017, which I am doing now. Now problem is that during break I also did work full time on SIN. I wasn't told at the time that it was problem that if I had to take a break then I need to be full-time in semester before and after. When I applied in September then they mailed me that I need to be full-time.
Now after completion of my study in April,2019 do you think I could get PGWP and then eventually apply for express entry ?
