Will i be able to obtain work permit after completion of certificate?

I have opted for Media Fundamentals Certificate which is 36 credits course, which will start from sept 2020 and ends in april 2021, is almost 8 months long, will i be eligible for work permit after that?

1. Almost is not good enough, you need 8 months or more to get the PGWP.

Eligibility requirements

You can work off campus without a work permit if you meet all of these requirements:

• you’re a full-time student at a designated learning institution (DLI)
• you’re enrolled in
  • a post-secondary academic, vocational or professional training program or
  • a secondary-level vocational training program (Quebec only)
• your study program
  • is at least 6 months long and
  • leads to a degree, diploma or certificate
• your study permit says you can work off campus
• you’ve started studying

I have got into a problem, please help me. I have been accepted, visa granted, the issue is i was enrolled for January 2020 intake, i was little late my visa was not granted till that time, due to that i had to deffer for september intake, after some days of defferal i was granted visa, now i got email yesterday that my program will be delivered in remotely til december 2020 and my visa will expire on november 2020, kindly please tell me will i still be able to go to Canada even if my program is being delivered remotely? will i be given study permit. Alot of confusion here. Kindly help me. My ticket is already booked for July aswell. Would be really very thankful if you could help me.
