Hi

I got a my PR card with my family about 5 yrs ago and 1yr later I returned my PR card
because I shoud physically work other countries and I though I couldn't keep the requirement of PR status
and other family members got their Canadian citizen a year ago

My question is will I able to re apply my PR which is accompanying with my spouse even I returned my PR status myself?

I' m trying to figure out of this information but I can't find any other information of it

Thanks

so you have not met the residency requirement of spending 730 days in Canada in those 5. Years in order to keep PR status ?

No I returned my PR status myself at that time I was thinking I should work other countries so I thought I can't keep the
minimum requirement to staying in Canada
so I decided to return my PR status after 1 year later from I have PR status

Waow! You ought to have seek advice before returning your PR just 1 year after obtaining it.Not being able to meet residency requirement is a thing relinquishing PR just after 1 year is another.I believe you now have just one chance of being granted a PR or you can kiss it good bye for life. What I will advice is that if you are now sure that you are ready to stay in Canada then, your spouse can sponsor you on family basis. If you still get it and could not obtain residence obligation, then your chance is gone!
