Will having multiple entry US tourist visa assist in getting PR to Canada?

Hi I am sponsoring my common law spouse to Canada, she has a 10 year multiple entry tourist visa to US. I am just curious if this is an asset when it comes to the application?

Any comments would be appreciated.
