In both the FOREIGN WORK EXPERIENCE points category (9-15 POINTS) and the CANADIAN ADAPTABILITY category (UP TO 10 POINTS), it specifies that 1-year minimum full-time skilled (NOC 0, A, B) work experience is required.
Can this be in the form of 1.5, 2 , 3 years part-time experience, if the hours are equivalent to 1-year full-time?
Is it always the case when it states 1-YEAR FULL TIME that it can be in the form of the EQUIVALENT (via part-time) ??
and if so... what are the hours per week considered to be full-time (and part-time) ?
