Will Express Entry accept distance education

I have an MBA (distance) in Banking and Finance from Alagappa University. My under graduation is a regular full-time degree. Will they accept the distance education?

They(IRCC) will accept but you first try to get Transcript ready for MBA(Dist) and Bachelor ... Alagappa University people are nice according to my experience when i approached them in the past for English letter for my study.

Get ECA done for both ...

I have Master degree in computer application(MCA) from Alagappa University via DDE, will WES/express entry consider equal master degree in Canada for CES ?
