I have claimed Regular EI for the last year. Will this have a negative impact on my PR application?

Edit: you have a right to EI as you made payments to the scheme.

Actually, I did not realize that I was on CEC thread when I posted my question. I will be applying under the Federal skill category and I qualify to do so. I guess, my query is applicable for FSW too... is it not?
