Will delay in medical report cancel provincial nomination?

I have received nomination from Saskatchewan. And I gave medicals last week.

My question is: will Saskatchewan wait for a few months, if medical clearance from IOM center is delayed for some reason?
Or will they cancel the nomination if medical clearance takes some time?

If you have already received nomination then medical is no longer the provinces issue. I assume you are going for uprfront medical for PR Cic should be the concerned authority. Medicals dont generally getvdelayed they are pretty straight up. If there is an issue then youl be asked to do them again and further tests. Best of luck buddy.
